This is hand operated mobile grease pump Grease Pump, specially intended for use with Heavy Thick Grease. It is trolley mounted unit for convenience in carrying from place to place and is supplied with Delivery Hose, Pressure Plate, FREE Repair Kit and FREE Adaptor Kit. The equipment is suitable to perform greasing operation at remote sites & work places where air power is not available. 

Vijay air-operated grease pumpcan be directly mounted on a standard 200 Kg. barrel, using our follower plateand drum cover. The hose reel can be connected to thedelivery side of the unit if required.

Oil transfer pump is used to transfer any grade of oil from barrel to another container at 20-25ltrs of oil per minute and a working ratio of 1:1

Constant development & many years of experience in the subject of lubrication make our product ideal equipment for use on steam and diesel engines, sugarcane crushers, presses, mechanical handling plants & many similar applications where the lubricant to be used is oil.


Unit construction is a feature of these lubricators, the basic components being an Oil Reservoir & a Pump Body Assembly. The oil reservoirs are available in two sizes, 1.5 Ltrs. for use with bodies having 2 – 10 pump units & 4 Ltrs. for use with bodies having 6 – 20 pump units. Oil level is indicated by moulded plastic sight glass.

Motorised lubrication units are electric motor driven pumps alongwith reservoir, oil filter, breather, suction strainer, pressure relief valve & bleed valve etc.. The unit are suitable for Single Shot Automatic Oil Lubrication when contacted with Metering Cartridges, manifolds, fittings & tubings. These motorized lubrication units are to be run intermittently. 

This compact lubricating unit is for use with either soft grease, which collapses under its own weight or with heavy oil. It is ideal for Lubricating machinery, which requires regular shots of grease, of a predetermined quantity, forced into each individual bearing under pressure thus ensuring positive and accurate Lubrication.

This is a plunger type grease pump, manually operated by lever the pump body houses a 4 way spool type direction control valve, which directs the grease alternately to the two outlets. The end of each greasing cycle is indicated by rising pressure in the pressure gauge mounted on the pump body.
